This is My Story

I was born and raised in rural central Iowa, came of age in the urban environment of Chicago, IL and raised a family in the Milwaukee, WI area.  I cherish these varied points in my life since they have introduced me to a range of life experiences and individuals which has given me the ability to connect with a variety of people.  My Ph.D. graduate school training was done at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL with an internship at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center (associated with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine) in Cleveland, OH and then a Post Doctoral experience at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center (associated with Rush Medical College) in Chicago, IL.  This training has launched me into a profession that I enjoy greatly, and where I continue to grow and evolve developing the expertise to meet the needs of my clients.
